Job Summary:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing the company’s brand portfolio in terms of brand imaging with the goal of maximizing the leverage both in sales and consumer brand perception.
• Monitoring the competitive landscape of the company’s brands and identifying the latest trends in the market in terms of advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Coordination with parties concerned for the company’s media placements, event sponsorships, press releases, promotions, etc. to ensure maximum exposure of the company’s brands.
• Initiating market studies and other forms of research (personal feedback, internet research, etc) to gain insights regarding the company’s brand and ongoing projects/events.
• Evaluating the financial aspects such as marketing budget, expenditures, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 20 years old and above
• preferably single

Education:

• Graduate of BS Marketing, BS Communication Arts or any Business-related courses

Work Experience:

• at least 2 years Marketing Management experience. Background in Marketing related to footwear, apparel, lifestyle products, sports and music is preferred.

Competencies:

• Branding Sense
• Detail-oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization and adapt to various changing situations.
• Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
• Contacts in the running industry (sports & fitness) is definitely a plus.
