RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges should be done within seven days of receipt of the item.
Skechers will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective upon delivery to customer. Defective or damaged items will be replaced by Skechers with the same original product or in some valid cases exchanged with other items of the same value without any further cost to the buyer.
The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded however the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by Skechers. For cases of exchanged items, no refund shall be made for items lower than the original purchase, if cost of the exchanged item is higher then cost difference shall be shouldered by the customer.
Items that were bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
